Beenz Comes to School!

In Classroom One we learned about dog safety! How to approach a dog you don't know, how to distinguish how a dog is feeling by their body language or facial expression, what to do when a dog is upset and scares you, and how to appropriately interact with all dogs.

One of our teachers, Allina, has a cute little pug mix named Beenz that came into our class to visit! Beenz loved the kids and the kids loved her. The kids even made cards and playdough bones for Beenz as well as read her stories. We love when Beenzie comes to visit and hope we can see her again soon.
