Field Trip Fun!

This past few months have been an exciting time for some of the classes as they have been going on field trips! Here is a little recap of some of the adventures Classroom 1 and 2 have taken part in.

Classroom 1

On November 7th, Classroom 1 ventured out into Fish Creek Park. They had a fun day discovering a fairy surprise, feeding the chickadees, sliding down the hill, playing in the snow, and enjoying hot chocolate and a snack that they prepared.

Classroom 2

On October 31st Classroom 2 departed on a pumpkin hunt to the park by Lougheed house. Before we departed for the pumpkin hunt the children created wonderful telescopes to help them hunt for their pumpkins. The children also made sure to bring along our pumpkin hunt “treasure map” to help us find the park. When we got to the park all of the children ran around the field and hunted around until they had each found a special pumpkin. After the pumpkin hunt the children enjoyed running and playing games before heading back. Classroom 2 can’t wait for more fun adventures!
