Making Bannock With Mom

The children, in Classroom 3, had two parent volunteers come in and teach the children how to make bannock. The children had a lot of fun using both hands to stir and dump the ingredients into the large mixing bowl, then rolling, molding, and flattening the dough. BUT the best part...was eating the bannock once it was cooked and ready to eat.

What a tasty treat!
