Outdoor Exploration
Classroom 2 has been enjoying the outdoors with all the snow that has fallen. We been using big shovels and small ones to help their teachers remove snow and make huge piles of snow. We use these piles to slide down and to bury our friends. We are learning on how to share our shovels and buckets with our class and playing games for turn taking. The class likes to use rakes to get the leaves down from the trees and swipe them up into the snow. We had a special guest come in, our speech therapist, who gave us bird feeders to hang in the trees so we can watch the birds in the snow. We do love birds and seeing how the play in the snow, just like us.
