Lemonade Stand

A couple of weeks ago, the Cochrane Humane Society visited us to talk about the services that they offer to the community such as food , medical care, adoption and shelter to lost or unwanted animals. The kids got to meet Tank, a very friendly dog who was waiting for the right family to take care of him. As a class we decided to have a lemonade stand and ask for donations to help raise funds to donate to the Cochrane Humane Society. Our Lemonade stand was a success, we got to raise $ 107.50. The kids were very excited, they prepared posters and flyers for advertisement . Thank you to all that donated and made this experience very special to our children.
